I've been trying to find an easier way to give my Uros more variety, and have found a couple prepackaged salad mixes with 4 or 5 different greens in them, without any "no-no" greens...

I recently ran across a great looking organic mix, but I'm not sure about some of the greens included (never even heard of some of them)... So before I try it out on them let me know if anything in here is going to be bad long-term...

Red and Green Romaine
Red and Green Oak Leaf
Red Leaf
Lollo Rosa
Tango
Red and Green Chard
Mizuna
Arugula
Mache
Frisee
Radicchio

Some of it I don't know, but the romaine, red leaf, and oak leaf are mostly just water wrapped in cellulose - not very nutritionally dense. The chard and (I believe) mizuna are no-nos.
