I'm not aware of anyone selling live slugs, but there is at least one company that sells "cooked in can" shelled snails. Look for "can o' snails". With the shells removed, they're nearly exactly like a slug.

Speaking of snails...oftentimes you can purchase aquatic snails at pet stores and your turtles won't even notice the difference(remove the shell and you have a slug). Large turtles can get a monstrous snack from the large snails. Many times, small snails infiltrate the aquaria at pet stores...they hate them and they'll often give you as many as you'd like for free. There's a Petsmart nearby me that will let me spend as much time as I'd like digging tiny Ramshorn Snails out of the aquatic plant tanks at no charge. I'm doing them a service. My hatchlings love them, but I have to crush the shells before offering them...they're like iron.
