Mold

I'm getting mold in my hatchling turtle's enclosure. I've changed nothing. The substrate, lighting, and humidity is all the same.

The mold is white and looks whispy like a spider's web. I've picked out all the spots that had it. Mostly it seems to be growing where the moss is. Can anyone tell me why I'm getting the mold,and what can I do to get rid of it?
