Santa Cruz Mtn's

staustin2006 Mar 14, 2007 03:32 PM

Snapped this boa a couple of days ago (Upper Zayante Rd.) but he was on his way somewhere else and I didn't want to bother him too much. Hot date perhaps? Found a battle-scarred female nearby--pics later if anyone wants.

Only days now until the zonatas are up and about. I relocated some from a newly-scraped hillside last year and I'm curious to see if they show up.

PS: Please quit moving MY trash--you know who you are. I found every species native to the area YEARS before you became an "expert". Now it's all for nothing. I'm tired of dragging stuff back to where it actually works so I'll start over where you'll never find it.

Peace,

SA

That's a good looking boa. I can't wait to get back to Santa Cruz in a few months to do some California herping. It's snowing here in Cleveland!
