Swollen???

My RES doesn't seem to have gotten any better. She is just hanging limp from her shell, and can't hold her head up. It looks like her body is swollen, especially near her head. What could be causing this? I think it is preventing her from going into her shell.

if that is the case you need to get to a reptile vet ASAP.
We can't help the turtle here as we are not vets and it seems
to be an emergency.
