problem of eyes in hondo

hello, he/she please wanted their help.
I have a hondurensis with the inflamed eyes, it is not infection, it is not change problem. they are filled of I liquidate transparent.
I believe that he/she has the covered lachrymal glands.
there is some solution for this.
I am of Argentinean and he/she would thank any information.
