Disinfectants for Cages?

lanie024 Mar 14, 2007 09:30 PM

I just bought a Disinfectant from Petco made for Reptiles that clean cages. It's organic, and not over powering with the smell, and it said it was safe enough to use even with the leo in there (which i dont trust that so i had her on my shoulder while i was cleaning it...) I cleaned the cage and let it air out for a minute.

I believe its called Healthy way Or Healthy Start cage cleaner.

Is this okay? Should I be cautious when cleaning my leos cage with this type of disinfectant?

I would just do what you did let it air out and she should be fine. She looks good just need to fatten her tail up a bit.

That picture was actually from last year.. I'm feeding her way more often now.

I got lucky, I work at a vets office so I get free vet check ups. =)
