He might just be cold...place him in the basking spot and if he doesn't walk away normally(after warming up)CALL A VET.
but give him a chance to warm up.
if you have any more info that could help us understand the situation, that would be great. Where was he when he was doing this, what was he doing, and how are you keeping him? Were you holding him at the time? I've noticed most lizards when held tend to seem shaky, and this is probably best explained by muscular activity (trying to stay balanced).
Shaky because it's cold: I haven't really witnessed a reptile that is shaky because it's cold. After all, they don't shiver, because shivering is a warm-blooded thing. Shaky when cold because of muscular weakness? Maybe. In most cases a reptile that is too cold will just seem more or less dormant.
More information would be really helpful. temperatures, food, housing, substrate, etc. and the situation in which you noticed this.
Yes i have to say i agree, i have seen any herp shake unless there was some other issue. I would take it to the vet and see possible what they say.
When they wake up cold their motor functions are slowed until they warm-this could be perceived as shaky to someone new to uros. I say Call a veterinarian as only a qualified herp vet can properly assess the situation and to give any other advise is foolish and self serving, especially over the internet to a beginner.
