Though the thunderstorms turned to snowstorms, the peepers were peeping in the Greater Cleveland Area and some spotteds and Jefferson's were making their way to their breeding ponds. It wasn't a full-scale migration, but it wasn't a bad way to start off the herping season either.

What was the temperature when you saw these salamanders?
It was in the 50s. It snowed later that night and there's still snow on the ground now.
