Questions about Honduran shedding?

Hello,

My Honduran milksnake went into a shed cycle these past couple of days, and she broke the skin off of hger head and about 2 inches off of her body, but the rest of the skin is still on her and she is making no effort to shed the skin, what should I do?

Should i soak her in water for a while and then try and help the skin off, myself? or??
