I just got The complete Ball Python, amazing book, But I was wondering If you have updated photos on the sunset ball. It is amazing looking in the photo. Did it with age retain the bright orange?
Thank you Melinda

Hi Melinda,

As with most Ball Pythons it dulled a little as it grew, but it's still really burnt orange. It's a color that I've never seen in any Ball Python and the true interest I have in it is not only to produce more Sunset's, but to get that color into a lot of the other morphs. I can't wait to see a Sunset Pin, or Spider, or you name the morph. It'll put a different slant on any morph. It looks good for producing offspring this year, but let's hope it's genetic I just can't believe that it's not, but you just never know. Everyone know's about how bad I am about pics, but I'll try to get an update of that as well as I owe one of the Super Lori too. I'll work on both as soon as I get out of the crazy house! Thanks for asking, Brian (BHB)
