Temp Question

Hello,

So, I just moved my 1 year old ETB into his new cage. I have a heat panel in the cage. I just measured the temps of the sticks. The stick by the heat paned was at 92 degrees, however the air temp right by it is 82. There is plenty of room for him go go around all over the place. He currently was at the 80 degree spot. Do you think that this will be OK?
