Hi, can someone please help me ID this Ctenosaura? It's quite urgent. Thanks

Also, if it is 19 inches long STL, should it be showing gender characteristics yet like dorsal fins?

Here's one more pic. Its 19 inches STL, is sex determinable yet visually?
Specieswise I'm leaning towards similis? Or am I wrong?

Oh yes, and if you can ID this, and would be kind enough to do so, please do point me in the right direction as far as care is concerned. Especially in regards to enclosure size. This is quite pertinent as I may have to save this thing.
Looks like a female similis to me. It also looks like it might be suffering from some MBD. The back legs look swollen.
