Ive got a 7 month old A. Alligator that is currently feeding on mainly pinkies along with crickets and rosy reds. I would really like to have him eating Mazuri but Have had no luck and I dont have really any know-how in this area. Just wondering if anyone else has converted a stubborn gator onto Mazuri and if so HOW?

mine were used to eating from forceps so I put the pellet on them and he got used to them from there before he toke them just as is.....hope it helps

Yeah I thinking about starting to give him all of his food on a small dish. And then I will try introducing the Mazuri again. I sure hope it works. Pinkies are kind of expensive and annoying to buy all the time. Plus I think the Mazuri's better for him.

mazuri works well for crocs but make sure he still gets orther things to eat so he gets all the vitamins and nutients he needs cauuse with crocs variety is the key.....
