Gotta love that..I am still waiting.. congrats...
That is sweet.
Congrats.
Congrats.....hope they're all spiders. I know she just laid, but she looks small. What what her weight before she became gravid?
No, you should have seen her before she laid. I have a entry on Nov. 30th 06 she was 2416g. After she laid she was 1580g. Her last meal was Dec.3rd 06. I think she will be ready to eat soon. She gave me 7 good eggs last year also. Claude
I would advise you to mark the 'roll out' egg and monitor it's progress. Roll outs have a habit of not hatching - as if the female knows that the egg is not fertile or will die in shell. Let us know what happens to it.
You're damn right! I lost a whole clutch of Carpet eggs one year cause the person watching my animals, "poked her head" in the room, looked at the cage and "didn't see any eggs"! Well, they were there! NEVER LET A NON-HERPER WATCH YOUR STUFF!!!!!!
That female looks great, and she should throw some nice clean spiders. Post pics when they hatch out, I bet they will look great.
