Where can you buy them??

CMihm Mar 18, 2007 08:26 PM

Hey I've been looking to buy a pair of Chucks but I haven't had much luck. it seems there isn't an abundance of suppliers out there. I'd preferably like to just get a pair of regular Western Chucks or S. Obesus id guess u call them. I was just wondering if you guys know of any good breeders or websites I should try?

so far I can really only find Angel Islands

Thanks-Cody

Nice to have you here Baby chucks will appear later on in the season, you may see someone here who has some, and can contact them through email, or you may begin to spot some in the classifieds soon.

As for right now, I'm not sure who would have any available. Just hang in there I'm sure you will find some real soon. They are pretty cool lizards, alot of attitude, I enjoy all of mine.

Hope you stick around, been slow, but some VERY nice people here / lots of experience with chucks. Also we all have many other species of lizards that we allow each other to talk about here too, lol. Oh and pics are welcomed always.

Oh I never even thought about that! lol I would also like to get some desert Iguanas after the Chucks, and I was having the same problem. I assume its probably the same situation with them?
Those are some awesome looking Lizards you got there! Right now my reptile collection consists only of my A. Alligator but Ill deff post some pics when i get my Chucks.
Yeah I used to have alot o' herps but couldn't after my brother moved out so I've just recently taken my favorite hobby back up!
Ill probably be on quite a bit when i get my Chucks tweaking the set up and all.
Thanks for the Info-Cody

OK I tried posting a pic not sure if it'll work though. right now he's about 14 inches. When he's full grown I'll have him in a 30x30 greenhouse with a concrete pond. A few years till hes that big though. For now I can just use large aquariums and then Kiddy pools and stock tanks.
