tadpole ?'s

hi
my tincs eggs are starting to develop the tadpoles and you can see them on top off the eggs. they look like little sticks on the eggs. but my ? is what time should i remove the tads from the eggs and how should i do it. can i just put the eggs in the deli cups?

You need to let them hatch out of the egg on their own. It will take about 18 days to develop into tadpoles and hatch out of the egg. Make the water level in the container is just below the top of the eggs. Do you already have some food for them? I suggest going to GNC if there is one around you and pick up some spirulina and chlorella. It is human grade and pretty pure so it doesn't mess up the water as bad. Also I like to mix in a little HBH frog and tadpole bites into the spirulina and chlorella mix to give them some meat. Make sure you have them in seperate containers after they hatch into tadpoles. I like to use plano fishing tackle trays because they have dividers in them, so I can raise them individually. Email me at v_traves@hotmail.com if you have any more questions.
