Hotels for 2007 National Reptile Expo

LordDreyfus Mar 19, 2007 02:51 PM

What hotels do you recommend for the National Reptile Expo in Daytona Florida this year? I've already made reservations at the Hilton, but is there a better one I should switch to?

Snake is one I just picked up from CVExotics. He's better in person. I've received written permission to use the photo.

The hilton is nice and is where the party is every night. You also dont have to drive to the show and it's just across the street if you want to go over to the hotel from the show for a minute. Randy

Well, if you are a vendor or breeder that plans to mingle and be involved, there's no other choice... the Hilton's the move... for MANY reasons..
I think parking at the hotel is about $4 a night or so...

You can also stay at the smaller hotels with a few blocks from there. They are a little more affordable. Not sure about their parking. You may be able to leave your car in their lot all day and walk to the show.

If you don't need to be 'up in the middle of things', there are several smaller motels in the area that are about half the price of the rooms at the larger chains.

There are even small room/apartment rentals with kitchen (stove/sink/etc) for somewhere between $46-76 a night. These are about a mile or two away at most.

Keep in mind if you drive from your hotel to the show, parking will be a hassle and a bit expensive.

Hope this helps!

SEE YOU ALL THERE!!!
