I recently caught a nice eastern milk here in Delaware. very nice temperment, but I can't get him interested in the mouse I have tried to feed him.
Any thoughts? Am I using the wrong food source? Ideas on getting him to eat the mouse?

I've owned a few W/C E. Milks and I've gotten all of them to eat sooner or later on mice, usually fuzzies (if the milks is big enough). I generally go with a smaller meal than usual and try to work up from there. They can sometimes be very stubborn but will feed eventually. Is there any chance the snake is gravid? I'm not sure if they have already layed there eggs (probably) but it's a thought. Hatchlings can be very troublesome to get started, in my opinion. Good luck, Scott.

Scott it has been my experience with milks that dont eat mice want lizards, try giving them lizard scented mice or plain old lizards.
Good Luck: Jason
