Try to candle them for sure...look for blood vessels!!

Make sure the humidity is constant and cross your fingers! That's all you can do! They look good to me though!
I would cover those holes with foil tape...You have too much ventilation...

Absolutely! Those eggs are living, they need air!
Not unless you are using a Food Storage Container...The lid on a "shoebox" is not air tight...So you don't need any air holes...They use very little oxygen...
