fly river turtles

I was wondering if anyone knows wHere fly river turtles are availible cb online?

They aren't, as there have only been three instances of the species having successfully reproduced in captivity, for which one case was discovered quite by accident. Also, none of the specimens produced in captivity have been made available to private hobbyist...
