This is probably Phrynomerus bifasciatus or Red-banded Crevice Creeper or Rubber frog, related to the Red-backed Crevice Creeper, Phrynomerus microps. The care of either is similar. They are highly poisonous, so shouldn't be kept with other frogs. They need a moist planted terrarium with a substrate of sphagnum and riversand, or I think Bed-a-beast might also do. They are nocturnal, like to dig and excavate burrows. They need some misting in the evenings, and humidity with temperatures around 79 degrees. They will eat crickets, waxworms, ants and termites.
I'm citing references here, and have no first hand experience with them But this gives you the probable species name, Phrynomerus bifasciatus, that you can look up on the net for further information. The photo I have is of a dark frog with two linear red stripes down either side and some red spots on the legs. The origin is SE Africa.
