super dwarf / superdwarfs in reality have a known locality, getting specific locality information is tough... it all depends on who you talk to and their motives...
in the reptile trade: kalaotoa, kayuadi, and madu localities are all sold as superdwarfs...
to answer your question... these localities are rather small... but there have been sightings of these animals in the 12-14ft range in the wild... there are restriction in regards to the capture, and importation of these animals... collecting is seasonal too... regulations mainly dictate the collections of males... as females are important for recruitment into wild populations.
temperment-wise captive bred are much easier to keep than wild caught... as for caging... 4-6ft caging is good... i keep my kayuadis in 4ft cages.
