Rainbow question

fyrpix Mar 21, 2007 11:19 PM

I have a 7 foot, healthy Rainbow. About 7 days ago he got very white like he always does when he is about to shed. Now he is back to his normal beautiful self but I can't find the skin in his case. Can a boa start to shed then stop? I'm stumped.

Its probably just the return to normal appearance before they shed out. Don't sweat it.

Jeff,
...Like Randy posted the snake is probably in the stage just before it sheds. We have a Rainbow Boa forum here on kingsnake.

Come on over and join in. Lots of folks there would like to see PICs of a BIG Rainbow.
