How To Gutload

Can you guys let me know what you feed and how you feed/gutload it?

I use Cody's Pro Gutload from ProGeckos.com. I put it into a shoe box container and I dump my mealworms in with it. It has worked great for me for the 3 months I've used it.

Crickets gutloaded with "egg-layer" chicken feed, spring mix bagged salad, and potato for water.
