My Experience, My regret and above all my apologies!

Hello Everyone in the King snake Monitor forum's)!!!!

I know, I know, first things first, before I am flamed and blasted I wanted to say especially to my allies and fellow breeders FR, Robyn at PE, bloodbat; you know I never ever meant to just kind of vanish and I appreciate all the help and nurturing advice and business we have shared. This goes for anyone else that has contacted me or used to contact me through these forums.

Why am I making such a big apology??? Well as word travels I'm the first very vocal guy to have bred Bosc monitors on this forum regularly enough and ongoing the last few years since 04'. No where near the achievement of Frank or what you guys at PE do but I did it. This apology is because here we are three years later, and I still get letters from interested hobbyists that have, through this forum, through my contemporaries have sought me out and inquired on my boscs, on my designs, on my work and data. So I just really wanted to say thanks, thank you guys all for referencing me or mentioning some of the things I have heard and seen.

I never meant to disappear. As you told me Frank, be careful and don't get overwhelmed, or something along those lines. Well I was three years younger, and I got overwhelmed hahahaha. I did start my "business" and lost track of my love affair with my vararnids. Admittedly, life took it's coarse and with no exceptions, as now and again Robyn has heard from me or I have needed this or that, I slunk away and tried to build build build this whatever it is, and I have not failed, I have just gotten side tracked and lost. I should have been here, everyday like I was making notes, helping out keeping in touch besides when I needed something, especially with you FR. You have been a mentor and a friend from the go and when I was having issues where no one wanted one of my cb animals you told me to hold out and I did and now I don't even have enough or any at the moment to provide the people that inquire.

These last few days have helped me to center. I have been touched that what I didn't think I did as being super important, actually to some degree and still humbly, as I have never bred anything that FR or PE has on that scale, for a sole hobbyist with a passion I guess I did do something important for a highly over imported and under appreciated monitor.

I have more emails daily asking not even for animals, but for knowledge my notes, and I easily provide that. Now have gotten to a new point. CCReptiles is my official business name, my site. I still have my monitors I still have ball pythons and new torts. I have been working very hardly, and unfortunately alone for the last three years and it is why I have remained quiet.

This is no advertisement my season is just starting, but I have added and upgraded many a thing to be the best I can be and not to be a businessman, but to provide for my monitors to provide anyone who wants to know what I did with the most accurate information I have documented.

So my point to all of you who love boscs who have emailed called attempted to buy here is the current status at my facility,

My original breeders are retired healthy and happy and in Arizona. Those babies have all been sold to good homes and I get emails now and again of growth and progress. That female, did her job and having observed two seasons of multi clutching and documentation of that, I say with pride I let her rest and retire, she is just a great pet. My new additions have only recently hatched last November of 05 and are just coming of age and size now that their parents were for me to start work on my F2 generations. So please be patient there are healthy home US grown savannahs out there and I have 'em, I'm just hording them till they are ready. I have learned from my mistakes, I have gone forward and worked harder to make sure these are the healthiest brightest colored critters, but again let me mind you I am a season away from such breeding and I don’t have to say that it’s a good 160 some odd days before those eggs, if I am successful yet again, hatch. So I apologies that these are not ready.

My site will be updated shortly with what I do have. There hasn't been much because of the many little endeavors I have started this will be my first year of abundance, and not one is imported. I have taken this time to really master and I say that loosely because this is a continual process of growth and trial and error, to breed all sorts of herps now, and everything you will see is grown right in my back yard and home. I hope to make people happy but its also not about the buck, I want to see others take my animals and be able to do the same. Next season, and bloodbat I'm going to being calling you on this, Ill even be having waters, and thanks Robyn for providing me with a wonderful female that is quit the sexy lady hahahaha.

Again, for those that have hunted to find me it's JC the guy "that bred those savannahs a few years back" hahahaha. I'm here, I'm alive, I'm coming back strong and I'm here to answer questions share information and grow. I myself really want to move towards the rudis next year and would love trade up info.

So to all of you my old friends, hello again and to all of you my new friends stop by ask inquire, savannahs may not be the "best or most awesome vararnid" but they can be beautiful, appreciated and bred as successfully as any other monitor, with time, patience, and understanding of what your animal needs!!!!

Regards all,
JC

Hahaha good to hear from you sir. Actually, I have collected a few Leopard Torts and a few Sulcatas. No one is actually ready to breed yet but maybe next year.

Anyway, it's great to be back and I am most interested sir in your Lace's. We will chat further on that.

Great to be back and welcomed.

All my best,
JC
