What's this?

My brother caught this snake at a local park in Central California. It was up on the sink in the restroom. How it got there I am unsure. It is about 13 inches long. I was thinking a corn snake or a rat snake. He seems too thick to be a corn snake though...

It' a harmless Bullsnake(Pituophis)...nice find!...they make good captive pets, especially when acquired young like the one there!.....not sure exactly what subspecies it is, but it's 100% Bullsnake..........................................Doug
