I know this may sound crazy, but.....

Has anyone ever thought about putting those little glow-in-the-dark stars on either the backdrop or the top of a dart tank? That way, they can be charged by the light, and then at night, give the tank a sort of moonlight effect. I had never tried it, but the idea popped in my head today. lol call me crazy-- i dunno if it would be in any harm to the frogs or not. Tell me what you think!

It wouldn't harm the frogs, but sheesh-- wouldn't it be a mite tacky?

I'm extremely ancient and allowed my kids to paint their rooms black and put up black light posters back in the 60's, (their father remarked that their rooms looked like the inside of a carboard box,) but bedroom ceiling stars are from my own youth, so that's just gotta' be tacky. Unless it's-- God forbid-- a resurrection of antiquity on the same level as beaded lampshades and plastic lawn flamingos.

Don't pay any attention to me-- I'm just having a bit of fun with it. Do it and enjoy it. It won't hurt the frogs.

You know that's not such a bad idea. If I were to do it I would concentrate them near the top of the enclosure where you couldn't really see them, but it would give off a glow like the moon. I'd probably get a hundred of them and just make a line of them accross the entire top back and sides. WOOHOO I'm going to try that this week.
