Alright so tonight i was picking up my oldest leopard gecko ive had for about 6 years and noticed something wrong.. His right hemipenile buldge was abit swollen and black and hard?.. what could of happened to him?! is there anything I can do?

Alright so tonight i was picking up my oldest leopard gecko ive had for about 6 years and noticed something wrong.. His right hemipenile buldge was abit swollen and black and hard?.. what could of happened to him?! is there anything I can do?
Is he with a female?
It sounds like it could either be infected, or worse necrotic (dead and dying tissue). Either way the best thing to do is to got to an experienced reptile vet. It may have to be amputated.

yeah he's with a female.. and I think its dead.. hmm reptile vet.. we've only got one in our area/city who charges rediculous prices I know a friend of mine whose leopard gecko hemipenile wouldnt go back in and they left it at the vet over night.. the vet kept him in luke warm water/ gave him antibiotics and helped get it back in.. price was about 3.. she mentioned to my friend if it would have had to been amputed it would of cost $1000
Well it's either the vet, or the freezer. If you can't afford the amputation than you should have him put down.
