I've had the thermoelectric incubator up and running for about two weeks now, and I'm really happy with it. It holds the temps within 0.2F of the set point (87 right now) and I haven't had any issues with the temps spiking. I'm using a Johnson Controls thermostat, and I will add a second Johnson as a backup before I put any eggs in it. The other nice thing is that the edges of the rubbermaid shoeboxes that I'm using as egg containers fit into the slots that hold the shelves so I can take all of the shelves out. Now I just need the eggs...
