Refer to the "Rules".....
Don't produce - fed off
Kill babies - fed off
Sick - fed off
Jumpy - fed off
Bite me - whacked on cement then fed off
Looks kind of like rule # 1 to me, not producing viable pups. 
Of course rules are made to be bent and even broken, if you have no other breeder female and need the production, hang onto her a little while until you can raise up a replacement. Also, once you've identified un undesirable trait in a breeder, NEVER hold back any of their babies as breeders. Not to say it would be for certain heritable, but why even waste your time?
I have dozens of breeder females and at the first sign of any trouble, they go the retirement village - AKA snakes stomache!
