Pretty hard one.Looks like it has a solid black snout like annulata but nothing else really looks like annulata.I would have to say its a intergrade of amaura x annulata maybe from around the houston area?
Heck almost looks like the AZ.milk I found in (99) near ST.Johns.

You're on the right track, but I'll give one other hint-it's NOT an integrade.....
Brad Chambers
...that Houston animals are intergrades?
I definately agree that it has an annulata look to it...
Is it annulata from McMullen County, Texas?
Scott
Well I WAS going to say L.t.celaenops but after the hint I'll go with L.t.annulata.

I wouldn't read TOO much into that hint-it is a celaenops. But where from???
Brad Chambers
ummmm.... black gap?
LOL-you got it! My good friend Troy Wizmar collected this guy last May on the road through Black Gap. Then in an unmatched act of generosity, gave it to me! Now does anyone know where I can find a female for him?
Brad Chambers
I think Ryan Hoyer keeps locality Black Gap Celaenops. There are a number of Grayband guys that keep Celaenops too. Maybe that forum could help you out. Nice looking snake.
-Dell
Just kidding
Very nice looking snake
Steve
LOL-If you've seen Troy's wife, you know that he's already done better in that area than most of us....
