Hi guys, I will be moving from NY to MN with a red eared slider and other pets. I need to know how to move this guy. It will probably be a 2 day trip in the back seat of a car. He is about 7". Any tips?

In the past I have moved turtles by putting them in a platic shoebox with plenty of air holes punched in it and a damp/wet towel. Just watch out for extreme temperatures, but with a RES I don't think that will be an issue.
Good luck with your move.
I did a 3 day trip from nyc to New Mexico. We first tried the wet-towel in box method, but she [bleep] in it and hated that, and it smelled. then we got a large tupperware, with a lid, air hols, and filled it with water. She preffered that.
It might depend on how they like it. Try a test drive around the block and see what works best.
