Eve wanted pics................

kellybee Mar 25, 2007 02:47 PM

Well these are my fatties......

Elvis doesnt look so skinny, I guess because she only laid 3 eggs (and she's naughtier than ever she tried to kill the tea strainer I was sifting the poo out with today)....

This is the un-named, never been orange but nonetheless lumpy Bicinctores, they look so alike, I can only tell the difference because Elvis is still a bit orange, lol................

And this pint-sized beached whale is Yoshi, who has been lumpy sice forever, well mid Feb anyway, she has had a bath this evening and is sulking in her fave hide, lol

She does have orangey your just not looking hard enough, LOL some do not get real vivid, some do. She has faint orange rings on her tummy, some orange hues in her shoulder area (in front)

My Chia, C. vestigium only gets a tiny line of orange in her neck area but is gravid each season some look as thought hey have been sprayed with NEON orange,

I stll have Zia my female bicictores in with the vestigium pair, and she has no orange at all yet Chino just mated with her today, so they know something we don't know. Must be smell.

Now within the next few days she will get real pretty orange.

Thanks for the picture show, Few days I will have a camera back.

She looks like she has brownish bands, but they are SO similar to her natural colour that I figured it was just natural, not a blush colour

I can see it on the pic now you've mentioned it, whereas in natural daylight it isnt apparent, lol.

You say she is going to change colour, but I didnt understand whether you meant mine or yours

LOL, I meant my Zia does. Shes all brown now, Chino mated with her yesterday. This week she will get (or ususally gets vibrant orange.

My point to you was mine does not start out with the(orange) color, but he seems to know to mate with her, THEN after she turns orange.

Eve Remember when you said you were crossing your fingers re Elvis turning gravid? Then the next day she WAS bright orange?

And Yesterday you said your female will turn orange after mating? Well today unnamed newbie is orange. She isnt the only one, so is Yoshi

How odd. Any chance of you saying a prayer re the lottery for me too? I'll split the profits 50/50 with ya, this wednesday its a rollover too
