Lav Cal King

havic Mar 25, 2007 05:05 PM

I just wanted to see if this is a lavender albino cal king. I took the pic at an expo and I swear it was labeled as such. Then I see it or another like it at a local store labeled lavender albino corn snake?

I do not have one just was wondering?

Yes,...the one you have pictured is a "lav.King". But there IS also a form of cornsnake morph called "lavender corn". So it's possible you confused the two. AND,...on the other hand, I see snakes that are mis-labeled ALL THE TIME in pet stores, so that's also possible!LOL.................................Doug

That is an albino cal king.

Here is a pic that will show the difference when they are that young. The eye color is different and the color on top of the head by the eyes will be different.

That looks like a regular albino cal king to me. Sometimes it can be hard to tell with hatchlings. It is not a corn.

It does however have one of the highest band counts I have seen on a king in a while. Nice looking albino.
