Iam am looking for a listing of all the islands and the different types of giant geckos,(GT,Pine,island E,...)and
maybe even a map showing all fo the islands associated with them.

You can find a map of New Caladonia and associated islands on google maps, or mapquest etc. Also, I don't think you will find exact locations of many of the smaller islands as they are protected locales (ie don't want a bunch of people rushing to these islands and capturing all the wildlife). At least I did get the impression the authors of The Rhac book didn't want to disclose the exact location of these islands.
