What's the temperature?
Snakes become overactive if kept too warm.

Does the snake have a hidebox?
Snakes crave security and will continually look for a place to hide if they don't have one.

How often are you feeding the snake?
A hungry snake will become active, in search of food.

My guess it that there is something wrong with your husbandry. If being kept properly, baby corn snakes spend the vast majority of their time hiding.

You may want to review your setup with the recommendations of one of the corn snake books.
