Just thought I'd post some new pics of my snake. I'm still waiting for him to shed so I can count the scales, so u guys can help me figure out if he is a pure prairie king, since some people thought otherwise. Anyway, here they are.

Yours is a beauty. I almost purchased an adult female last year, but missed out after I passed her over, came back 10 minutes later, and she was sold. That's how it goes sometimes.

but I bet that jar lid is a really annoying water dish. (if that is what you are using it for)

haha, ya it can be an annoying water dish. My brother told me my other one was too deep maybe, so this is just a temporary fix.

I would'nt say that you can have a water dish that is too deep as long as its accesible and it can get out easily.
