2 Adult Sonorans

Nokturnel Tom Mar 27, 2007 08:10 PM

Here's my Ghost male. Hey K.J., when are coming to take pics? I thought my arm was gonna fall off tryin to hold this big boy still with one hand and snap the picture off with the other hand LOL!
First two shots of him not cooperating.

Now here's a shot of the typical faded mid section

Here's the boldly patterned tail, also note the strong, un-faded pattern on his neck...

here's a baby shot for comparison

Here's one of the triple hets

If that snake was an Envy Hypo........it would be 10 times lighter. Hope ya like the pics

Thanks, and honestly when I took them out of cooling into the snake room I was kind of surprised how big they looked too!

very nice man that ghost is just rockin, so am i right in that a ghost is a double homo? anery and/or axanthic X hypo? if so what trait is the other triple het. for?

The other trait is Albino. This is why you have Hypo, Ghost, Hybino and Blizzard. We're still working on producing every possible combination of these morphs, and it looks like I scored a virgin normal female for the Ghost to make hets with. It will be very important to us to see if we get any Hypos, or as some think Hypo-ish babies in that clutch. It is a very hard line to figure out, but Jason and I are really working on it

Very, very beautiful snakes. Very.

I don't know. Want to do it soon? I'll check with my owner and see what she thinks! She takes most of the images - I'm just the wrangler and the one yelling that "the pose is all wrong - all wrong." LOL.

Thanks Andy, I can do well with babies but these breeders are a different story when getting good pics is concerned. I like outdoor shots best but with a school in my back yard I don't wanna draw too much attention to my hobby ya know?
