Release alligator in florida?

Is it legal to release an alligator in Florida? I have no intention of doing it...just heard someone say he was going to do it. ray

No.
The only people who are allowed to capture alive or relocate Alligators are the 37 licensed Alligator Trappers, and the Florida Fish and Game Department.
