I have an 04 honduran female Im just wondering what her breeding weight should be. Im familiar with normal columbians but pretty new to the "dwarfs".

That's a big variable, but id I had to pick a number for CA, I'd say 7lbs.

If she was raised well, she can breed this coming season to produce in 2008 without a problem.

I dont think she will be there unfortunately this year. I posted some pics of her last year when I got her but havent since. over the winter she got a mild RI and I had to get antibiotics for her. she didnt feed for a little while during that so she isnt her full potential. Shes got a killer pattern though looks like the "new" jaguar morph.

If she had an RI this winter and had to be treated with antibiotics I wouldn't breed her this year even if she was at a mature size.

Breeding puts a lot of stress on a female, which has the potential to kill them. Antibiotics are also really hard on the kidneys. I would want to make sure she got through next winter 100% problem free, no re-occurance of illness and then MAYBE try the following year.
