Hello,
This is my Gray-banded. Can anybody tell me is this Alterna or Blairs? Or hybird with other kingsnake?

Looks like a Blair's Phase Gray-banded Kingsnake to me.
You have a "blairs" there, partner. It doesn't appear to be a hybrid, although I have seen some hybrids in the mexicana complex which exhibit almost 90-100% of the physical characteristics of either the sire or the dam. If I had to guess I would say it has origins in ancestry from the eastern portion of the range for graybanded kingsnakes. There may be others who differ in opinion on that point.
PS
I bet the saddles on that snake just glow as he/she grows. I assume this is your first alterna?
In comparison to the picture of your Blairs phase.. These 3 animals would be Alterna phase...
