My friend has a female that has just laid her last clutch of eggs of the season about a month ago. She lost a considerable amount of weight during the breeding season and color went very dull. Since laying her last eggs her poo has been drying and sticking to her vent and her tail. We were just wondering why this is happening and if it is bad. Also do you think her color will come back to pre egg laying color?

Yes, I think that's bad. Take her to a vet if you can. And make sure she's receiving vitamin supplements to help get her back on track.
