hybrids: fertile?

I have a question that I have seen asked before but never really gets answered(as far as I know)
If you cross a moroccan or banded with a mali, are the offspring fertile?
What about a moroccan with a banded?
Do they have to be the same species(different sub-species)?
Any difference in fertility between captive bred hybrids and naturally occurring intergrades? (all else equal,if that is feasible).
Hypothetically, if I have a Mali/Banded natural intergrade, can I breed with either sub-species or stick to the higher percentage(hypothetically high% banded).
Is this "GREY AREA"?
