Magma stripe 2007 litter.

zenzinia Mar 29, 2007 01:34 PM

It's the third year I produce these dominant striped/abberant bloodline with the same abberant female with different unrelated males.
In this litter, about 33 % of the babies are over 80 % abberant/striped, half of them are pastels and some are hypo.
I should bred magma to magma (from the first letter) next season to see if they are co-dom ?

Check the virgin belly that some of them have.

If you ever get tired of them or just decide you have too many, send some over my way. I'd be happy to take a few off your hands :D

I'll post some of them in 1 or 2 sheds.

That's darn cool. Way to continue proving out the morph, the RIGHT WAY! Testing the viability among unrelated animals.

I'd say try for Double dose! If you have females ready from the first litter try one of those the same way also.

Breeding one of the babies you produced from that female to yet another unrelated animal would further verify those crazy awesome boas as a true genetic morph!

Good luck!

are INSANE! Very consistant / huge striping with great color. I can't wait to see those plugged into other boa mutations.
