this is about a year ago. hey big mike i was training for a show on may 5th and just broke my hand.....damn that sucks. now i'm one handed. all that dieting for nothing

....you were looking great! Sorry to hear that bro. How did you break your hand? I was lifting pretty good and finally got that drive back and then got sick and bed ridden and lost it all! I was in bed for a month and lost about 15 lbs and all my mojo for the gym and weights. I have been back in the gym now for a little over a week and am starting to feel good again.
Took your advise and starting slow on the cardio so I do not burn myself out!
I am sure I will be back up to 300lbs again soon! LOL
