I've done the same thing. We end up with lots of small bunnies that can't make it (especially in thewinter or with new moms). I hateto waste them, so I've given a few to corns. I've always worried they'd refuse rodents afterwards, though, so I only did it a little bit. Now, I give all of those to growing female BCCs. They all get rabbits as soon as they are big enough, anyway! It's almost like "free" food since we only use the ones that are stillborn, have some other problem, or freeze in the night.

>>I've heard of yellow and black rat snakes eating rabbits, but never of a corn doing so. Last night I received this e-mail from one of my customers:
>>
>>"We had been feeding her one or two rat pups every five days or so. In the last 4 or 5 months we had started feeding her still born rabbits. They are dwarf rabits and are slightly larger then rat pups. My wife is involved in rabbit breeding and we have a good supply of them. The snake really seems to like them."

>>I thought it was an interesting feeding option!
