Those don't look like pyros. I think they are hypo greeri.
What country are you in?
Where did you get them?
How much did you pay?
They are very beautiful. The super light one looks similar to the Applegate Hypo Greeri. The other one looks like it has some of Chris Bauble's pyros in it.
Great looking animals what ever they are.

...for any pyro, even greeri. Attractive, but they look like a mystery mix to me.

Mike I think the head patterns are odd too but I have noticed that even Bob Applegate's hypo greeri have higher than normal band counts and reduced head patterns like these with red coming into the black. I think these are factors of the hypo gene (or whatever gene is being called hypo) and not from hybridization.
I don't see what else they could really be. Like you said, Applegates "greeri" have a high band-count, and different look to them as compared to any others I've seen. Then add to that the "hypo" gene, that would reduce any head pattern even further.
Even the individuals within the same clutch have varying head patterns too.

Better to be silent and thought a fool, than to open mouth and remove any doubt!
They really could be hypo "pyro" x hypo "greeri". They look like 50% of each split right down the middle to be honest!

I definitely agree with hypo-ish greeri generally having higher band counts and more pronounced red in the head markings, but in the lighter and more hypo looking snake (top one), the way the head pattern wants to take shape seems backwards compared to what we are accustomed to. I wish I could be there to point out things I see... difficult to do in a post. The head pattern on that top one wants to point towards the nose instead of being more of a reverse "V" shape pointing towards the nuchal. With the other more pyro looking snake, the pattern shape is more greeri-like and pointing in the right direction but still doesn't look right. Make any sense? I guess something else that throws me is that I get the feeling these are sibs with all their similarities.
These snakes are most likely out of the country where a significant amount of cross breeding takes place, some of it due to improper identification which is another reason for my suspicions. If I had to guess, I'd suspect a pyro x hypo greeri cross at some point.

Yes that makes sense. I think it is also possible they are hybrids.
You better just send them my way. I'll make sure they never give you any trouble. And just cause you seem like a nice person, I'll pay the shipping. Contact me for my addy!

Honestly, I think they look pyros. Some animals the show "applegate phase" can no have head no pattern, to very little. Some of the animals that hatch out of Chris Baubels line also have reduced head pattern. I dont really see the greeri look-(although I think pyros and greeri are very similair in ways) but to me, I think they look like Chris Baubel line pyros,
Jeff
