Typical age for ackies to begin breeding

My group are about 10 months old. I have seen what looks like copulating going on??? Just messing around??
Thoughts...

The age varies by conditions, they are after all reptiles. Examples in the wild some monitor species do not reach breeding potential until 1.5-5 years old, yet in captivity some reach maturity at 6 months, some 1.5 years. Ive seen breeding behavior in mine and have been throwing eggs out since they were about 7 months old, infrequently, then later more frequently.
Ive heard as young as 3 months from a very few keepers.

The female appears to have eggs now. Also, those are two different kinds of ackies. Cheers

I just droped the pic in for laughs. Those are a pair I was sold as two true reds LOL
My male is a pure red and the female is a cross now the juvinlies are begining to look as if theay are copulating but they are 10 months old???
