puerto rican racer

I recently have seen a photo of this species of racer which they say is rear-fanged and has the ability to mimc a cobra.Now someone told me this was another name for the egyptian racer, was I mis informed?Does anybody have information on this species and any reputiable breeders that I can attain one form?
